My Role at TEI:
I
am a Senior Account Manager for TEI Group, responsible for sales of maintenance,
repair and modernization projects for passenger and freight elevators, and
escalators. For the last 25 years, I have worked in the New York City real
estate industry, servicing both commercial and residential class "A"
properties. I am successful by understanding my clients' businesses and
challenges, and by being able to provide the optimal solutions to all their
vertical transportation needs.
What I'd like customers to know: I would like my customers to know that I value honesty and integrity above all else. I always want to do the best thing by my clients and my company. I feel being honest, even if means telling a customer something they might not want to hear, is the right thing to do. I go above and beyond expectations to serve the needs of my clients, while maintaining my personal integrity, which is a core value of TEI.
