TEI Group awarded contract at 615 10th Ave, NYC

TEI Group to install six (6) elevators and two (2) escalators at 615 10thAvenue, comprising 4 overhead geared traction passenger cars, 2 holeless hydraulic passenger service cars and 2 escalators.

Kuafu is serving as Project Manager in conjunction with Xin Development Group International, Inc. for the development of this mixed use retail and residential project consisting of the full blockfront between 44th and 45th streets on 10th Avenue on the burgeoning west side of Manhattan. The project consists of 80 condominium residences above 35,442 square feet of ground floor and lower level retail space. Target Stores has signed a lease to occupy 28,241 square feet at the property. Expected delivery in 2019.
