TEI Group awarded contract with Turner Construction to install 17 elevators at Columbia University

TEI Group to install elevators at Columbia Business SchoolConstruction of (17) Elevators will include 13 overhead gearless, 1 overhead geared traction, and 2 holeless hydraulic units. 

Comprising 17 acres in the western portion of Harlem known as Manhattanville, Columbia University’s new campus will be a home for groundbreaking research and world-class education in neuroscience, business, international affairs, and the arts. Situated just five blocks north of the University’s Morningside Heights Campus, the Manhattanville Campus will host graduate-level schools and research centers, housing for faculty and students, and spaces for the community.
