33-Story Tower Gives DoBro More Apartments, Another Hotel this Barclays Center-colored, 33-story tower will soon rise where a 100-year-old office building once stood in Downtown Brooklyn. New York YIMBY spotted rendering by architecture firm Woods Bagot for the new skyline addition, which sits at the corner of Jay Street and Nassau Street near the Manhattan Bridge exit. The new building will bring 381 apartments and 119 hotel rooms.
