TEI Group Takes on New Project in Washington Heights

Great News! TEI been awarded the Elevator Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Fourteen (14) Elevators at DYCKMAN HOUSES – 215 Nagle Avenue in Washington Heights. TEI Group is excited to once again partner with AECOM Tishman on this new project.

This public housing complex was built in 1951 and consists of seven 14-story buildings with 1,167 apartments housing, with an estimated 2,580 residents, which once included NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar during his youth.
