1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
- - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing client to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals
- - Collaborate with the leadership team to set sales targets and objectives
- - Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- - Building and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth across multiple lines of business
- - Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and sales activities
- - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team
- - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- - Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- - Always answer the phone
- - Minimum of 5 years of professional sales/account management
- - Upholds a high standard of professional integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions and decisions-making processes
- - Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on service-based industries
- - Demonstrated experience in strategic account management, client relationship development with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage tasks without constant supervision
- - Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator industry strongly preferred
- - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- - Bachelor’s degree in professional Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field
