TEI can provide a customized Preventative Maintenance and Repair program based on your specific systems and usage.
Testing and Violations
Building codes require vertical transportation systems to be inspected on a regular basis. Compliance failures can result in hefty fines, shut down your systems, and more important, reveal potentially dangerous operating conditions. TEI can help prevent these scenarios by tracking and coordinating Category 1 and 5 testing and managing any remedial service that may be required to satisfy Department of Building (DOB) requirements.
